House rules

There are a total of 12 apartments here in the house - a few of which are holiday apartments. Here everyone treats each other peacefully and amicably. We ask that you be considerate of the neighbors whose HOME this house is. By this we mean, for example, the volume, smoking and garbage disposal. And when we all approach each other with a friendly smile and a greeting, it makes life much nicer and easier! Parking Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the yard do not belong to this apartment. If you need a parking space, this is possible by renting it during your stay on a nearby property. Please talk to us about this before you arrive! Garbage Please separate your garbage - this is probably how you are used to doing it at home. It is separated into residual waste, yellow bags, organic waste, paper and glass. You will be responsible for disposing of it yourself upon departure at the latest. Please do not simply place glass next to the bins and dispose of it. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or within the house. Please use the ashtray to smoke and enjoy the fresh Bamberg air in the front garden! Please dispose of cigarette butts yourself in the residual waste bin. Animals We ask guests who arrive with dogs to pay attention to cleanliness (especially the light carpet) and not to let the dogs on the sofa/bed. Please only leave your dog alone in the apartment if you are sure that he can do so in a relaxed manner without damaging anything or making noise. WiFi / Internet The WiFi key will be given to you with the check-in details shortly before arrival. Cleaning The final cleaning is charged at €40, which you should put in our mailbox upon departure. Please leave the apartment tidy, including disposing of your rubbish and washing and tidying up the dishes. If you leave this to us, we will have to subsequently invoice you €30.
